What we do

Everything outside your front door

Most customers start with weekly mowing and add the rest as they go. You can book any of it on its own.

Weekly mowing & trim

Cut, trim, edge, and blow off every hard surface. We alternate the mowing pattern so the grass stands up instead of laying over, and we sharpen blades every twenty hours so it's cut, not torn.

  • From $45 a visit on most residential lots
  • Same crew, same day, all season

Seasonal cleanups

Beds cleared and re-edged, leaves collected and hauled off site, perennials cut back and grasses bundled. Two visits a year that make every week in between easier.

  • From $275 on a half-acre lot
  • First or final cut included

Fertilization & weed control

A five-step program timed to our actual growing season, not a national spray calendar. Pet-safe products, a sign at the walk after every application, and everything we used listed on the invoice.

  • From $55 an application
  • Safe for kids and dogs once dry

How it works

Four steps, then you stop thinking about it

We quote in person, not off a satellite photo. It takes fifteen minutes and it's why our prices don't move mid-season.

  1. 1

You call or send the form

Tell us the address and roughly what you want handled.

  2. 2

    We walk the property

Usually within two business days. We measure, look at the grade and the shade, and tell you what we'd actually do.

  3. 3

    You get one flat price

Per visit and per season, in writing, with nothing conditional in it.

  4. 4

    Same crew, same day

You'll learn their names. Text the office any week to skip, add, or stop.

What neighbours say

Third season with them. The price has never moved and I've never had to call about a missed week. That's the whole review.

Dana R. Maple Grove

Had two other quotes that were cheaper. Rick walked the yard and told me the back corner needed drainage before sod, not after. Nobody else mentioned it.

We manage four small commercial lots. One invoice, one contact, and they're out before the tenants arrive.

Questions

The things people ask first

What does weekly mowing cost?

Most residential lots in our area land between $45 and $75 a visit. It depends on square footage, how much trim work there is, and whether we can get a mower through the gate. The estimate you get is the price you pay all season.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. We ask for the season so routing works, but you can stop any week with a text. We don't charge a cancellation fee and we don't auto-renew without asking you first.

What happens when it rains?

We shift your day, usually to the next dry one, and you'll get a text. We don't cut saturated ground — it rips the turf and leaves ruts that take a month to recover.

Are the products safe around kids and dogs?

Yes, with the normal precaution: stay off until it dries, about two hours. We post a sign at the walk after every application and list exactly what went down on your invoice.

Do you do one-time jobs?

Cleanups, mulch, sod, and hardscape, yes. For mowing we only take recurring customers — one-off cuts on overgrown lawns are hard on equipment and hard to price fairly.
