Roofing, and the things attached to it
We don't do kitchens, windows, or siding. Roofs, gutters, and the flashing in between — that's the whole company.
-
Roof replacement
Full tear-off to the deck, rotten sheathing replaced at cost, ice and water shield at every valley and eave. Architectural shingle or standing seam metal.
Details -
Storm damage & claims
Hail and wind inspections with photo documentation, and we meet your adjuster on the roof. You pay your deductible and nothing else on an approved claim.
How claims work -
Repairs & leak tracing
A leak over the dining room is rarely above the dining room. We trace it properly, fix the cause, and tell you honestly how many years the rest of the roof has left.
Details -
Gutters & fascia
Seamless aluminium rolled on site, hidden hangers every two feet, and downspouts actually sized for your roof area. An honest opinion on whether you need guards.
Details -
Ventilation & ice dams
Half the roofs we replace failed early because the attic couldn't breathe. We balance intake and exhaust as part of the job, not as an upsell afterwards.
Details -
Small commercial & flat roofs
TPO and modified bitumen on buildings up to about 20,000 square feet. Maintenance programmes with annual inspections and a written condition report.
Details
First call to last nail
Most replacements run about three weeks from inspection to completion, and the roof itself is usually one day on site.
-
1

-
4
Final walkthrough
We walk it with you, register the manufacturer warranty, and send the paperwork the same week.

Three companies told me I needed a full replacement after the June hail. Granite Peak got on the roof, took forty photos, and said the damage was on one slope. Repaired it for $1,900.
They met my adjuster on the roof and found two things he'd missed. Claim went from denied to approved. I'd have taken the no and paid out of pocket.
Tore off and finished in a single day, and I found exactly one nail in the driveway afterwards. My wife found zero, which is the number that mattered.
What people ask first
What does a new roof cost?
Most single-family homes here land between $11,000 and $24,000 for a full tear-off and architectural shingle, depending on square footage, pitch, and how many layers come off. Metal runs roughly double. You get a flat number after the inspection, not a range.
Do I actually need a replacement, or just a repair?
Often just a repair. We'll tell you which, with photos, and we're happy to say “this roof has six good years left” — it's how we end up doing the replacement when those six years are up.
Will you work with my insurance?
Yes, and we don't charge for it. We document the damage, file alongside you, and meet the adjuster on the roof. You pay your deductible and nothing else on an approved claim.
How long does the work take?
Most homes are one day on site. Larger or steeper roofs run two. The dumpster and materials arrive the day before and the whole thing is cleaned up before we leave.
What does the warranty actually cover?
Twenty-five years on our workmanship, transferable once if you sell, plus the manufacturer's shingle warranty, which we register for you. Workmanship is the one that matters — most roof failures are installation, not material.
