Start with a consult, not a colour
Every new colour client gets a free fifteen-minute consultation first, in person, in daylight. We look at your hair's history, what you're hoping for, and what it will cost to keep up.
Sometimes that conversation ends with us saying the look you want is two appointments away, or that it isn't worth what it would do to your hair. We'd rather say it before you're in the chair.

Before you book
How far out are you booking?
Usually two to four weeks for colour and about a week for cuts. We hold a few same-week slots for existing clients — call rather than booking online if you need one.
What's your cancellation policy?
Let us know 24 hours ahead and there's no charge. Inside 24 hours we ask for 50% of the service, because that chair can't be refilled at short notice. Genuine emergencies, obviously not.
Do I need a consultation first?
For colour, yes, and it's free. For a cut you can book straight in. If you're coming from box colour or a correction, the consult is how we avoid a four-hour surprise.
Can you fix colour from somewhere else?
Often, yes. Corrections are quoted after a consult because the time depends entirely on what's on your hair. We'll tell you honestly whether it's one visit or three.
Is there parking?
Free lot behind the building, entrance off Rowan Street. Street parking out front is two hours and gets ticketed, so use the lot.
